Admissions Policy
This Admissions Policy applies to all visitors, subscribers, and event attendees at Future HealthSpaces and the Innovation Hub.

1. Access & Passes
Annual Passholders

Annual Passholders hold a personal membership card, which grants them access to the Innovation Hub during standard access hours (10:00 – 15:00).

Cards are non-transferable and must not be shared. Misuse may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of access rights.

Passholders must present their membership card and, upon request, a valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or recognised company ID).
Day Passholders

Day Passes can be purchased via our official website and provide access during the designated time period stated at the time of booking.

Entry is only permitted for the booked duration within our operating hours.

All visitors must check in at reception upon arrival and check out upon leaving.
Event Ticket Holders

Entry to events is strictly by invitation or advance ticket only.

Event tickets provide access for the duration of the event, including same-day networking or follow-up activities within the venue.

Event attendees must check in upon arrival and check out when leaving.
2. Visitor Conduct

All visitors must be professionally involved or have a genuine interest in healthcare, estates, or related industries.

Suitable business or smart-casual attire is required at all times.

Visitors must not engage in:

Unauthorised canvassing, marketing, or leafleting.

Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour.

Wearing offensive apparel or engaging in activities that may cause discomfort or disruption.
3. Identification & Security

Visitors must carry valid photo identification and present it if requested by the organisers or venue staff.

Access obtained by deception, impersonation, or other fraudulent means will result in removal from the premises and possible further action.
4. Photography & Filming

Official photography and filming may take place throughout the Innovation Hub and during events.

By attending, visitors consent to their image being captured and used by Future HealthSpaces for promotional or documentation purposes across all media without compensation.

Any other photography or filming requires prior written approval from the organisers.
5. Press & Media Access

Media attendance is by prior arrangement only. Accredited journalists, editors, and media representatives must apply in advance and provide proof of credentials.

Media sales personnel and advertising representatives will not be granted press access.
6. General Provisions

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who fails to comply with this Admissions Policy, breaches the venue’s terms, or who is subject to restrictions under applicable laws or sanctions.

Entry is always at the discretion of Future HealthSpaces.
7. Liability

Future HealthSpaces and its organisers are not responsible for any personal loss, damage, or injury sustained during visits or events, except where caused by the negligence of the organisers.
8. Confidentiality

Where proprietary or confidential information is shared during visits or events, attendees must not disclose this information without prior written consent.
9. Health & Safety
-
Health and safety instructions, including fire safety procedures, will be communicated at the start of events. Visitors must familiarise themselves with the nearest emergency exits and follow all instructions from venue staff in case of an emergency.
