Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction 
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by WorkSpace Design Global Ltd trading as Future HealthSpaces ("Future HealthSpaces", "we", "us", or "our"). These services include access to the Innovation Hub, attendance at events, forums, webinars, networking activities, and use of associated digital platforms. By registering for, attending, or participating in any Future HealthSpaces service or event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services. 

 

2. Scope of Application 
These Terms apply to all users, including participants, visitors, subscribers, contractors, exhibitors, service providers, and any other individuals or organisations accessing Future HealthSpaces services, both physically and digitally. This includes, but is not limited to, Innovation Hub premises, events, networking sessions, webinars, online platforms, and official communications. 

 

3. Eligibility 
You must be at least 18 years of age to access Future HealthSpaces services. By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and meet the eligibility requirements. 

 

4. Membership, Passes, and Access Rights 
Annual Subscribers are granted access according to their subscription tier, subject to compliance with these Terms. Day Pass holders must pre-book and pay in advance; passes are non-transferable except to a registered colleague from the same organisation, with prior written approval from us. Event Ticket holders must register individually for each event. Admission is at our discretion and subject to availability, compliance, and safety considerations. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access at any time for breach of these Terms, safety concerns, or misconduct, without liability. 

 

5. Registration and Visitor Management 
All visitors must pre-register using our official registration platform or authorised contact channels. Upon arrival, visitors are required to: 

  • Present valid government-issued photo identification. 

  • Wear and display issued visitor badges at all times while on site. 

  • Comply with visitor check-in/out procedures. 

Contractors, exhibitors, and service providers must complete mandatory site inductions prior to accessing operational or technical areas. Access will only be granted to authorised zones as outlined in their induction and operational agreements. For safety and security, we may log arrival and departure times, track accessed areas, and request emergency contact details. Future HealthSpaces reserves the right to deny access if induction requirements are not met.

 

6. Health, Safety, and Code of Conduct 

All attendees are required to comply with Future HealthSpaces’ health and safety procedures, including but not limited to: 

  • Remaining in authorised areas only. 

  • Adhering promptly to emergency procedures and instructions issued by Future HealthSpaces staff. 

  • Not entering restricted, technical, or hazardous zones without appropriate authorisation and completion of required inductions. 

Prohibited Conduct: 

  • Unauthorised marketing, canvassing, or solicitation. 

  • Disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or offensive behaviour. 

  • Filming, recording, or photographing within the premises without prior written consent. 

Contractors and exhibitors are subject to additional operational protocols, including mandatory safety inductions, compliance with the Visitor Management Procedure, and adherence to site-specific risk assessments. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises or event, suspension of access rights, and potential termination of participation agreements. 

 

7. Cancellation, Transfers, and No-Show Policy 
Day Passes & Space Bookings: 

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours prior to the booking start time to qualify for a 50% refund. 

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior or failure to attend will result in no refund. 

  • Booking transfers to colleagues are permitted only by written request and require prior approval. 

 

Subscribers & Passholders: 

  • Subscribers may book Innovation Hub spaces and events according to their membership tier. 

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking or no-shows will incur fees: £40 for Access Pass holders; £20 for Network and Insider Pass holders. 

  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in suspension or termination of booking privileges. 

 

Health, Safety, and Code of Conduct 

  • All attendees are required to comply with Future HealthSpaces’ health and safety procedures, including: 

  • Remaining in authorised areas. 

  • Adhering to emergency procedures and staff instructions promptly. 

  • Not entering restricted or hazardous zones without authorisation.

9. Data Protection and Privacy 
Future HealthSpaces processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, accessible at www.futurehealthspaces.com/privacy-policy. Personal data collected during registration, attendance, and communications is used for: 

  • Event management and service delivery. 

  • Access control and safety compliance. 

  • Communications regarding Future HealthSpaces activities. Attendees can manage their data-sharing preferences at registration and by contacting admin@futurehealthspaces.com 

 

10. Intellectual Property 
All content, materials, and branding associated with Future HealthSpaces are the intellectual property of WorkSpace Design Global Ltd or its licensors. This includes event content, presentations, materials, and digital media. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without explicit prior written permission. 

 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties 
Future HealthSpaces provides its services "as is" and "as available". While we take reasonable measures to ensure the quality and security of our services, we do not guarantee that: 

  • Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 

  • Information provided will be accurate, complete, or current. Users access and use services at their own risk. 

 

12. Limitation of Liability 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future HealthSpaces disclaims liability for: 

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services. 

  • Any loss, damage, or injury to personal property or persons while attending our premises or events, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. 

  • Any losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. 

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. 

 

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution 
We are committed to addressing concerns in a timely and fair manner. Complaints should be submitted in writing to admin@futurehealthspaces.com, clearly stating the nature of the issue, relevant details, and preferred outcome. Upon receipt, we will acknowledge your complaint and respond in a suitable manner. Where further investigation is required, we will keep you informed of progress and expected timelines. If a resolution cannot be reached through initial correspondence, we may propose informal negotiation or mediation before any formal legal proceedings. Participation in such processes does not affect your statutory rights. 

 

14. Amendments 
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and communicated to subscribers and registered users. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 

 

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
